If you are strolling around in Mahane Yehuda market and feel the need of an ice cream
than Cookie Cream is the place.
It is located in a small street outside the Iraqi market at HaEshkol Street number 6.
They serve the classic Chocolate, café or vanilla between two giant cookies.
All you need to do is choose your favourite cookie and your favourite ice cream flavour.
In the area of the market on Jaffa road you’ll find Trattoria Haba
with devein chocolate mousse and amazing pastries… your nose will lead you there.
Very close to the Post Hostel you will find Kadosh café, at Shlomziyon street number 6.
This small, Parisian like café is one of the oldest establishments in the city.
It was opened in 1967 by Meir Kadosh and since than it runes by his family.
The chocolate pie with the surprises was chosen to one of the best chocolate desserts in Israel
by Haaretz food magazine.
On top of the chocolate ganache there are chocolate macarons with whipped chocolate and rum ganache.
If you don’t find it you can try one of the other chocolate disserts that they offer.
The last place to try is outside the city center in the picturesque village of Ein Karem.
Sweet N Karem is a small chocolate factory near the church of Saint John in the Mountains .
They sell 40 different tips of pralines, truffles and homemade chocolate.
